With an extensive history in the medical industry, Sourabh has fine-tuned the daily operations and fundamental strategies of Altus Baytown Hospital to reflect the company’s dedication to customer service in the Baytown community. He has been a dynamic force in the overall growth and success of Altus Baytown Hospital. Under Sourabh’s compelling leadership, Altus Baytown Hospital will continue to grow and provide superior services to the Baytown and nearby communities. In his free time, Sourabh enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Sourabh received two Bachelor degrees, one in Business Administration and the other in Computer Information Systems, in 2001 from Houston Baptist University. He received his first Master’s Degree in Health Administration from HBU in 2003 and later received another Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston in 2004.
Alecia began her career with Altus in 2012. Before becoming Executive Manager of Operations, she worked as a Marketing Analyst. These positions within the company, along with her ability to work closely with executive leaders, gives her the experience needed to provide operational leadership within the hospital. She continuously focuses on delivering high-quality care and satisfaction to patients. Alecia was an integral part of conversion and growth of the Ambulatory Surgery Center into the now 14 bed Altus Baytown Hospital. In her spare time, Alecia enjoys traveling, tennis, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends. Alecia graduated with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and minor in Chemistry from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas.
Ayesha’s journey in healthcare began in 2002 at Walgreens, and that road led to the doorsteps of Altus Houston in 2011.
Altus allowed Ayesha to provide operational leadership by building on her strong work ethic and cultivating her skill set by providing excellent customer service, coaching and motivating employees, and prioritizing budgets. Ayesha has played a vital role in the conversion of the Houston ASC to Altus Houston Hospital and will be an integral part in its growth moving forward. In Ayesha’s free time she loves spending time with her husband and children, and reading when time permits.
Ayesha received her Bachelor degrees, one in Biology and the other in Business Administration, in 2002 from Houston Baptist University. She also received two Master’s Degrees, one in Healthcare Administration and the other in Business Administration from The University of Houston- Clear Lake.
Kris Jenkins began his healthcare career in 2008 with Altus Healthcare Management Services, now known as Altus Health. Kris started in the marketing division and since that time, Kris’s keen insight and problem-solving abilities earned him the position of Director of Business Development, and shortly thereafter Assistant Administrator. After serving in this role for two years, Kris was promoted to Assistant Vice President and Administrator of the Beaumont campus.
Kris’s “stay ready” mentality has enabled him to stay abreast of ever-changing healthcare laws and regulations, allowing him to quickly assemble teams and procedures that keep Altus Health a leading healthcare solution for the people of Southeast Texas. He possesses a talent for marketing and budgetary control, and enjoys leading a creative team that focuses on the growth of the company. With his direction and leadership, Altus Beaumont continues to expand and has brought cancer treatment, state-of-the-art imaging, sleep medicine, surgery and dental care to thousands in our area.
As a resident of Beaumont, Kris attended Lamar University, where he received his MBA and also served as a member of the Lamar MBA Club. Prior to his MBA, Kris received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing, and an Associates of Applied Sciences and Computer Information Systems from Lamar Institute of Technology. Kris has been featured on the cover of “Cush Magazine” and has received an award from the Chamber of Commerce as one of the top 40 healthcare professionals under 40. Outside of his career, he is an active member of Triumph Church, enjoys playing sports, and spending time with his family.
Molly is an experienced Chief Nursing Officer who brings a wealth of nursing and administrative knowledge to Altus Baytown Hospital. For the past 16 years, she successfully served as the Chief Nursing Officer for The Woman’s Hospital of Texas in Houston, Texas. Molly is no stranger to Baytown. She started her healthcare career in Baytown at Baycoast Medical Center Hospital. She is excited to be back in the community providing first class care to her long-time patients and friends. In her free time, Molly enjoys spending time with family, spoiling her dogs, and enjoys traveling. Molly earned her Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Thomas Edison College in 2005. Prior to her MHA, Molly received a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare and Psychology from Stevens College and an Associate Degree in Nursing from San Jacinto College.
